  I called on a Sunday at 4:40 and needed a delivery less than 0.6 miles away. The unprofessional woman that answered didn't even take the time to get my full address while acting very impatient. Next, the menu online is not like the menu here. No Hershey dunkers, no spicy BBQ, only hot medium and mild so she said... And then I have a wait or 56 minutes on something that only takes 10 minutes to cook. Ghetto place.

  It looks dirty and rundown. If I were the Store Manger or Owner I would be ashamed. Girl answering the phone was unprofessional by laughing and having a personal conversation while taking an order. Customer service is awful now a days. I swear fast food restaurants are the worst at this yet want 15 an hour.

  Customer service here is horrible! I called this establishment and from there is where my negative experience began. I asked whether they were still open on the inside and the representative was very nonchalant and rude. As I came on the inside he continued to have a conversation with one of his co-workers without acknowledging my presence. I left after that. I will never return here.
